Just walked out of the Silverlake location. I had Bogner items in my hands to buy and could not possibly interrupt a conversation between the sales people to get waited on. Worst service ever...and when I pointed it out I got no apologies. We are locals and will not ship here again.
I can't say how happy I am right now. Had some boots that never worked for me that I bought at Cole Sport. I won't go into detail, but was miserable in them and was completely unable to ski. I'm sure my old boots were well past the return period (by a season at least!). I took them in with my receipt and asked if they could help me get them comfortable in any way. Went out on their Thursday ladies ride. Great group of women riders. I am bike shopping so I took Coles up on a free Liv bike for the ride. I let the shop guys know I'm actively shopping and what the other bikes were I'm considering, all $4k and up. They were honest they didn't have a better model in my size. That was fine. It was the overall condition of the bike they did give me that made for a very negative experience. Thanks to help from Scott, Dude, and Shad, I just bought some new boots from Cole Sport at the ice rink, the service is beyond amazing, you guys rock my socks!
Worked with Drew and Dan to get new ski boots for my husband. They took their time, worked with our budget and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Excellent experience, and kudos to both of them for all of their help.
