This company recently hired Brett David Fisher PA. Brett is the worst lawyer ever. I hired Brett and he completely screwed me in court. Completely unprepared after over a year of preparation.. Then after court the lies from Brett came flowing as to why he came to court unprepared. According to Brett I had no case from the beginning. Now he tells me this!. One week before court Brett told me he was not going to be a lawyer anymore. Can you believe this? Then he screwed my case. Now Brett David Fisher PA work at Cole Scott.
Brett Fisher defended my corporation in a recent lawsuit. In was clear the Corporation should have been named a nominal party, but the Plaintiff refused to make the change. Through Brett’s representation the corporation paid no damages and recouped all legal fees in settlement. I am very thankful for his assistance.
