I was impressed with the professionalism of how the transaction was performed. Jason Petree was stellar in conveying exactly what was going to happen for selling our home (through contract negotiations, dates, moving details, etc.), and making the transition as smooth as possible. When I contacted Cole Park Properties they arrived the next day and we negotiated and settled the price on the spot. They even gave me an extra $1000 for moving expenses. They were even accommodating after I changed the closing date a couple times. Everything went off without a hitch. I even left some items behind after closing and they let me retrieve them a week after closing. I thought they would be lost for good.
We had an excellent experience selling our house to Cole Park Properties. Morgan arrived within one day of my request to do a walk through and discuss his value estimate. We were not in a desperate situation, but I was interested in the option to simply walk away from the house and let someone else do the needed updating.
