If giving more stars was an option I would. Brad and team at Cole always is very helpful. They answer the phone and guide you through the whole process of insurance. Sam at the office was super friendly and made sure I understood exactly what was going on!
Common courtesy will go a long way, but to accuse a customer of certain circumstances in a place of business (Cole Insurance)is very unprofessional and embarrassing. Just glad no other customers were in there at the time.
June 19, 2024To Whom it May Concern, I contacted the Cole organization to get a quote on home and auto insurance. That afternoon I got a return call saying they did not get my driv lic, no problem I had to go out right then, the next day attempted to give the agent the info needed, called about 10 times, left at least 3 messages with my phone # and got no one, just music and phone tree. Are they still in business? What if I had a claim?
