Common courtesy will go a long way, but to accuse a customer of certain circumstances in a place of business (Cole Insurance)is very unprofessional and embarrassing. Just glad no other customers were in there at the time.
June 19, 2024To Whom it May Concern, I contacted the Cole organization to get a quote on home and auto insurance. That afternoon I got a return call saying they did not get my driv lic, no problem I had to go out right then, the next day attempted to give the agent the info needed, called about 10 times, left at least 3 messages with my phone # and got no one, just music and phone tree. Are they still in business? What if I had a claim?
About to buy a brand new car and I wanted to see how much insurance would be before I did. And they would not give me a quote, avoid this place you will get more information online.
Best place to get insurance.
