I had a wonderful experience. I haven't seen any of what people complain about. Some people will complain about the icing if you give them a cake. Dr. Cole was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and asked repeatedly if I had any questions. He was friendly, expert, and courteous. Awesome Doctor and staff. Always a great experience for myself and my little one. Friendly and professional. Great selection of glasses and even let my little girl find “the pair” with her favorite color frames out of a book they had. We will continue to be loyal clients!
Terrible service. Friendly, but the eyeglass fitters do not know what they are doing. I went back several times to attempt to get my glasses right. NO MATTER what, I was told TWO weeks adjustment. Finally, I asked for a refund and was told no. DO NOT GO HERE!
