NEVER take an older Nissan vehicle here! In late 2025, we took our mid-90s Nissan in for oil leaks (saw spots on the driveway.) At that time, we had a perfectly functional A/C. After about 5-6 repeat visits for various leaks over almost 3 months (we get it, the car is old and XMas holiday was involved), we got it back in late FEB 2026 with no more leaks. They had to reschedule my appointment but were super professional and tried to actively resolve any issues I have.
Recently experienced some issues with my truck which added a lot of extra stress and worry for me being my only form of transportation, but Marisa in the service department was very compassionate and patient and helped me through the process dealing with my warranty company and ensuring i had temporary transportation while it was being fixed, even taking the time to go above and beyond to check back afterwards. So thankful for her assistance during this time!
