Their communication is severely lacking. Three times, I have made appointments over the phone for service. I have come at the appointed time, only to be told they were backed up, and could not do things that day. I understand that things can happen, but the courtesy of a phone call to let me know would allow me to save a trip. You need not worry about keeping any appointments in future. I will not be calling.

I've been using this shop since a couple of others in town did me wrong with bad repairs and high bills. I wish I would have started using them earlier. I have a older vehicle as well as a newer one one this is the ONLY shop in town that will be working on them from now on. Fast, friendly, reasonable and honest. What more can I say!!!

Ok it doesnt matter how slow they are hell my automotive teacher in highschool would take almost a month to do just an alignment with 14 trained monkeys and a state allowance of 80,000 dollars a year so no matter what if the work is quality then it should be fine. Really is your business to complain about how much they make theres a mcdonalds acrossed the street where you can sit and wait for lary's call on your phone. So please stop being a baby and cry about somebody elses shop.

Its slow because there is only one guy working the counter and hes constantly gone although they have a big waiting area for customers he doesnt even have a soda and snack machine which woukd make him more money. All in all id go here if I just had to but theres others in town that are way quicker and have soda machines or atleast a water fountain!
