When I had my oil changed at another shop I found that I had two instances of a particular type of leak in my exhaust, from a professional. I called this Cole Muffler and described the exhaust work that I needed. I was quoted a fair price. I brought my 2006 Subaru into them for check on exhaust leak. The told me I would need a new wide pipe and two mufflers and it would cost.....hold on to your seats...$1,340.00. My husband got underneath and said the pipe looked fine and both mufflers looked brand new. The only thing that looked rusted was the clamps holding pipe. He had a friend who has a friend at another Cole, who just put on a new clamp and welded it together. Cost.....$40. This place is the worst! I was screwed over by them last year and figured I give them another shot... Bad choice. I am a young women and they think they can charge me whatever they want and say the my car needs work done that it doesn't. I am trying my hardest to let everyone know what they do! They rip people off. Do not go there. Pep Boys is literally right down the road, go there instead.
