Service was okay, but the quality of the work was not, and I am positive they damaged a part which caused me to need additional repairs and spend $200 extra, because they refused to accept responsibility for causing this damage, and there's no absolute way to prove they did. However, that's the only logical explanation for the damaged part 3 days(!) after the repairs were done on the adjacent parts...
Great service and they treat their customers nicely – This is the first business I have been to, like Cole Muffler, where the people that work there are decent. The prices are fair and what comes first are the people, their customers. I really have nothing bad to say about them at all. It is nice to have businesses like Cole Muffler think about people first and not solely about making a profit, though they are a business and profit is important.
