Stopped by mavis/cole muffler about my muffler and mark was great on getting info on my car warranty mark even called his friends in the car industry and talked with them great bunch of guys there Will definitely go back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This has to be the most honest, courteous auto shop I’ve ever been to, hands down. They are solely interested in getting your vehicle to a safe and acceptable repair, and upsell nothing every time I’ve been there. I won’t go anywhere else!
Terrible customer service. Grumpy from the start, and didnt tell me over the phone when i made the appt that the service was going to be double the price because they dont do the original requested service. They also didnt tell me they could only do one of the two services requested until I got there with my car because the inspector isnt there that day of the week. They were, however, happy to schedule me for the 2 original services without saying anything . The inspection was the main reason I made the appt so I was pissed... read more
