Just picked my DMAX up 4 days earlier than estimated. Very happy with the work and the service was first rate. Corey you did a great job keeping me informed and arranging that change for me right at the last moment. As I said, I don't want to see you again but if it happens again, I'll be asking for Coles to do the job. Much appreciated.
I made the choice to have them repair my car based on the word of mouth and reviews of other customers, with the added benefit of them being local. The work the did was fantastic, but above all, their communication was perfect. Kept me advised during the repair, and the collection of the car was easy!
I have engaged with Cole for a number of times over the past decade and the most recent repair done to my car last week. they are honest and really efficient at their work. Every work done is done with care, I haven't noticed any issues post repair. I cannot give the staff more credit. Even the customer service is efficient and sends you texts to remind you of your booking and when the car has been completed. Thank you for your hard dedicated work.
These guys have been fabulous. Their service was above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
