I have engaged with Cole for a number of times over the past decade and the most recent repair done to my car last week. they are honest and really efficient at their work. Every work done is done with care, I haven't noticed any issues post repair. I cannot give the staff more credit. Even the customer service is efficient and sends you texts to remind you of your booking and when the car has been completed. Thank you for your hard dedicated work.
These guys have been fabulous. Their service was above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

My insurer (Youi) assigned Cole Motors Crash Repairs as my repairer for my car after an accident. They have been excellent, providing clear updates whenever I request of it (and I requested a heck of a lot of it - I do love my car after all), and their repairs were flawless, using (mostly) genuine parts (except the windscreen), and my car was back as new, and ahead of schedule. 10/10 would recommend. I will not be visiting Cole Motors Crash Repairs if at all possible, for obvious reasons
