Dr Cole is friendly, competent, and sensible about treatment options. She has a rare understanding of working dogs, and farm conditions. My JRT's respect her and behave well during treatment. I would feel comfortable putting any animal in her care. She's also excellent with cost versus benefit conversations about treatment options. I've never felt pressured to approve expensive treatments before I understand the pros and cons for each situation. She's trustworthy.
We will not return to Rose Hill Veternsrian Practice. Dr Kimbetly Cole misdiagnosed our Great Pyrenees twice. Five years ago, with a joint problem common in large breeds. Pain meds and invasive surgery were recommended. At the time, our puppy was just one year old. After pursuing a second opinion locally, “no surgery or pain meds were warranted and the watch and wait method with diet change” proved successful. The outcome was a success.
