Service department was subpar. I needed the information screen fixed in my 2014 Civic, which shows the odometer reading. I was asked multiple times how many miles were on my car. The screen had been broken for a while, so I wasn’t sure but gave my best estimate. (Why didn’t they just use an OBD2 scanner to get my mileage?) I was told that the tech ruled out almost everything but didn’t check the wiring to the screen, which would have taken another hour and a half and cost me $80 more. A very good atmosphere, great customer service, excellent and personable staff. Had a very good experience. Highly recommend giving them a chance. I was glad I did.
Prompt, friendly service. But getting the appointment was difficult. I needed service for a safety recall and was told several times over a 2 month period that they didn't have the part. When I expressed my frustration, they suddenly had the part.
