Called at 8 a.m. Monday to have them look at a water heater and by 11 a.m. it was replaced and working great. Also had them put in an air conditioning unit last spring and a new furnace before that; every time I have been very happy with the work done!!!
Mark was excellent regarding the HVAC replacement. I had a system that completely failed after 2 years of hanging in there. It failed at the worst time - a week before a holiday. He came on a Saturday and on Monday a new HVAC system was installed. The crew was great. I liked Cole Heating and Cooling so much that I had them replace a leaky water heater as well. He priced it and performed the work. He provided excellent customer service. I've had a great experience so far and will continue to call them as needed.
Cole Heating and Cooling is the best company, I wouldn't choose any other company! I have always had exceptional service from their technicians. Huge thanks to Mark for his great service. He was so helpful, and took his time and did not leave until the problem was fixed. It has been several days and we still have not had any problems with our air conditioner. Two thumbs up for you guys! Thanks again!
A good HVAC company, super professional and very helpful with all the questions I had. We had Fred as our sales rep and he was an amazing salesman, not one of those annoying pushy salesmen either, and also recommended the perfect product for us. The entire process was easy and stress free. Definitely recommend this company!
