John who helped me in the downstairs area of the store went way above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue I wasn’t sure could be fixed. He was patient and calm and saw the issue through to resolution with kindness and thoroughness. I remain very grateful for his assistance. 6 stars if possible!

Lovely local hardware store with very friendly staff. I used to order a lot of things from amazon but now I go here, because I want to support locals. Plus, it is convenient. There are multiple stories and there you can find almost everything that you need!
Cluttered, disorganized, and they have at least one unhelpful employee. I was told by a woman in an ace shirt that was talking to another employee while I patiently waited to ask a question that I should go find someone else to ask. I mean, don't wear the shirt if you don't want to work.
