This is not really a hardware store in the sense that the people who work there do not know about fixing things. They mostly seem to know about conveying how uninterested they are in their jobs, which is fine for them, but if you want help fixing something, go to ACE on Grand Ave.

John who helped me in the downstairs area of the store went way above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue I wasn’t sure could be fixed. He was patient and calm and saw the issue through to resolution with kindness and thoroughness. I remain very grateful for his assistance. 6 stars if possible!
