My experience with the team was excellent from start to finish. When I first reached out about building an ADU on my property in Renton, they were quick to respond, professional, and very easy to work with. This was my first time taking on a home remodeling and construction project, so I had a lot of questions, but Ricky and the staff guided me through each step of the process and made everything feel manageable. The estimate was very competitive and fit well within the budget I had planned for this ADU build. I also apprec... read more

I’m very happy with the screened patio project. I hired the team to turn my existing pergola-covered patio into a safe catio, and the whole home improvement process was smooth from start to finish. They were easy to work with, listened closely to my ideas, and asked helpful questions that made it easier to decide on the right layout, screening, and finishing details. Their guidance really helped shape the final design in a practical way. The scheduling was quick, and the crew showed up when they said they would. Francis, C... read more

Mike and his crew completed a major exterior remodeling repair on my home, fixing old support beams that had worn down over time from rain and moisture. They carefully cut the beams back under the roofline to improve water protection and installed a new fascia board. The work took a lot of precision because the original beams had a rounded style, so each one needed custom finish carpentry to match the look of the house. Some beams had severe rot, so they were cut back further and rebuilt with new material. The team also coor... read more
