We worked with Mason Adams in getting our Ford F150 Lightning Flash. This dealership was the most transparent one we have contacted in this shopping process. Because we were not local to the area, they were willing to work with us over the phone and really respected our time. We value transparency and respect as consumers above all else, and they treated us as serious buyers from the get-go. Working with Mason and Hillsboro Ford made us believe that good dealerships still exist out there!
Mason was my salesman and he worked with me not a big complaint. But I feel like the general manager or someone should have handled things . I drove 3 hrs to trade in my car and get a truck . Well after signing a few papers waiting on the finance person I noticed the truck had been in some type of collision on the right side the hood was off the fender had over paint on it the bumper was bent a lil and some of the fasteners was broken and also the light wasn’t lined up . I have been buying Ford for decades. Hillsboro has been the best experience. I traveled all the way from San Antonio area to purchase my f-150. Actually handled negotiations over the phone. Very transparent and fair. They did everything they said they would do. Even the finance dept was great to work with. I will be back.
