We have had Cole’s for many years and never had problem. They sold last year. Last month during the sub zero cold snap our tank was down to 30%. I called Cole Mon morning to see when our next delivery was and got the message “mailbox is full, can’t leave a message, goodbye”. After 12 noon, I got the answering machine and left a message. No one called back. Tuesday morning, same message - mailbox full. After 12 noon, got answering machine, left another message. Still waiting on auto refill on our prebuy. Told us 2 weeks ago would be out then promised Friday would be there Saturday since we were critical at 15% now. Never showed and now at less than 10%. Worst experience ever!!
Appreciate getting propane delivered in difficult circumstances
Everyone I have talked to or dealt with at Cole Propane Company have best people ever. Every one of them. Such great customer service. Kind and helpful. I am so glad to become a customer of this company. They all need a pat on the back! I hope they get rewarded. Chris came out to check my lines he is awesome! Very kind. Great customer service. Pre paid so expected to have plenty of propane. Called Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and today Wednesday. Told the person on Monday that we need propane before the winter storm on Sunday. No delivery was made. My calls since then are met with "this person's mailbox is full" and no way to contact.
