Wow - called the office to schedule an appointment and the lady was very discombobulated, told me she didn't think they accept my insurance... BCBS (which transfers to all states) and said - "We can't help you and hung up." Not the best foot forward, Doc... Rethink your staff? There was no investigation... no request for insurance information to research coverage. And I was referred to this doctor through my EAP. Will tell the EAP what a mess this office is. I came to Dr. David Cole when I was trying to understand what my teen son was going through. Dr. Cole was always very calm and has a unique way to get teens to open up about their problems. Today my son is in a much better place regarding choices and I just want to say Thanks to Dr. David Cole for "all" his help.
