I have been going to Doctor for over 10 years. He has always been great and explains everything thoroughly. The Staff has always treated me very good. I have just retired to Florida and am having hard time finding a good doctor here. Wish he would retire down here.

I have never seen Dr. Cole myself, but I have spoken with one of his office staff members, and, I agree with the other negative review, that there was no compassion there. On top of that, the receptionist with whom I politely spoke hung up on the phone on me without so much as a "Your welcome" or a "Good-bye." Pretty hurtful, especially when you're not feeling well. :( Glad the call was recorded so it can be used to educate staff on what not to do. dr cole is nice. Staff has no compassion. just lay there suffer. good advice
I really like Dr Cole. He is patient and understanding and explains everything well. The entire office is very nice to work with.
