Slow, incompetent and expensive. Doesn't get worse than this. I sent the wire - "oh, wrong amount". You owe more money... but we won't waive any fees for the inconvenience. Can we close this week? "No, I'm going on vacation." Geezus Christ. I had 3 files with them. I would have thought, they'd fix one because they are making money on two others. NOPE! I hope their license is revoked, they are completely irresponsible.
