Hello, I ordered two Thomas MacLaren sweatshirts back in May 2025. Unfortunately, I never received any email, phone call, or notification letting me know that the order was completed or ready for pickup for the new school year. I was surprised to receive a phone call at the beginning of March 2026 saying the sweatshirts had been finished since May 2025. Absolutely an amazing company! Laura and her team did a phenomenal job on our staff gifts. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to get our product done before the scheduled date. The showroom has a lot of options, which was great to be able to see what we were going to be getting before placing the order! Highly recommend working with Cole Brand!
