Mr cole did front end work on my impala and put the impala letters on my passenger door without asking me or informing me until I went to pick it up and he said I had to pay $175 because the insurance probably wouldn’t cover it. He also said I had to pay tax on the $8,600 total on top of my deductible. I said no my insurance covers everything except my deductible. Bad customer service skills
Mr. Cole did an Awesome job on our equinox after the July storm in Greatbend. Our car had several hail dings and scratches from falling limbs. The car looks brand new.
I haven't gotten the work done yet but he didn't charge me $100.00 for an estimate either.
Very professional he new what he was doing the project he did took my truck back to what it looked like before.Thank you so much Cole body shop.
