Took my 2011 ford escape there to have the subframe and ball joints replaced, they were very accurate on there estimate but the job done was very very poor and still in the talks of trying to fix there mistakes. There are multiple problems that is wrong with it that I didn't have problems with before and even while it was broke. Highly don’t recommend, charged me 310 dollars to fix my a/c. got the truck back and the a/c still didn’t work, then told me to come back to charge me more money to fix it the rest of the way.
RecommendedThese guys are great! One of my first experiences using them was when I took a Ford F-150 to a dealership and they told me that it would cost nearly $3000 to fix the truck. I had already took it to another garage and they told me the same thing. I felt it ran to good to be what they were saying, so I took it to these guys and after a couple hrs and $187 later they found it was something minor and it’s still running great. I would highly recommend these guys and do everyday!
Fairly priced and always done in a timely manor Jason is a great guy and always helpful
I usually don't trust anyone to work on my vehicles and normally fix things myself. With that being said, these guys have earned my business in the future! Great work at a reasonable price. Thank you Cole Auto!
