I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Everyone has been extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Their customer service is like no other, especially the lady at the front desk. I visit this establishment twice a week, and all I've heard is how wonderful they are around our small town.
Have been seen by Dr Kelly Jobe for several years and always received excellent care. She encouraged me to seek an MRI because of unequal hearing loss which can be caused by an acoustic neuroma. I was found to have a meningioma which eventually required brain surgery. So grateful to her that she cared enough to send me for further tests. If I’d waited I could have suffered seizures and much worse.
Drive over 45 mins to get ear plugs made…called the day before for the appointment. get all the way there for them to tell me he’s not in the appointment book, an there is nothing for them to do, other than wait an hr an half for another appointment, when they are the ones who made the first appointment….now We are having to wait. Oh n receptionist was very rude
