While going thru a difficult situation I retained this firm hoping for some hand holding and guidance. Instead I felt lake a 'number' not a client. The original consultation was very comforting but immediately following retaining the firm I was confused thru the entire process and felt my confusion frustrated him... in fact after talking down to me on our last and only conversation he proceeded to hang up on me ... please do what I didn't ... consult with three firms before you retain one that fits.
