Terrible customer service. They set up a date to inspect and haven't answered their phone or called back all week to verify a time. They just show up.
She is the worst belittling person I have ever met. There is no repercussions to her job. It doesn’t matter it it is good or bad work. As long as she does something and hand it in they will get paid. Racketing!!
