My daughter just started speech therapy at Cole. I could tell right away we were going to be taken care of. I have felt like we have been listened to and feel comfortable bringing up concerns and questions. The therapists have been so good with my daughter, and everyone at Cole has been flexible and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. They are open late which is wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for services of the pediatric therapy kind.
Diana has been incredibly kind, considerate, and thorough while guiding me through the assessment and insurance-authorization process. She made herself available to talk in the evenings—well after normal work hours—to accommodate my crazy work schedule and stayed on top of all my insurance requirements to prevent us from having to pay out of pocket for any services. What a wonderful place with wonderful staff!!
We love cole pediatric therapy! My son has been going there for at least a year now. He currently does speech only and every week he is so excited to go see Ms. Lauren. When we first started, he barely spoke more than 10 words, now he is speaking sentences. He runs in excited and hates leaving. Been taking my son here for years. Occupational and speech therapy. And now my younger son for speech. The staff is so kind and accommodating. They really listen to your concerns and work with your schedule when possible.
