Update: After posting this review, I was contacted directly by Coldwell Solar's president, Sean, who assigned a team to work on our behalf to get the issues addressed. Coldwell has done an outstanding job of working through some very complex issues and has secured replacement solar panels and inverters that had failed within the warranty period. My company has had two solar installations done by Coldwell Solar. We've been having problems with our system in recent weeks. Coldwell's service people cannot tell us if the problem stems from our panels, inverters, or something else. Their solution? They want to fly a drone over our system to see if they can find hot spots that would help determine the problem. The catch? They want US to pay over $1500 to have this done. Coldwell Solar installed two arrays for us. The whole process went extremely smooth and the systems are working great.
Coldwell Solar installed two array systems on our farms, one tracker and one fixed, both where installed very organized and professionally with excellent detail to overall appearance, they met all of our requests and exceeded our expectations, everyone there was great to work with, best part of the experience was when Jamie hand delivered our first solar credit check.
