The property mgrs are horrible. They're nasty, unorganized, terrible communication and an overall awful experience. Please do NOT use them, you'll regret it as I have.

I was briefly working with Erica Sullivan, I was truly relying on her to help me buy a home site unseen (I live in a different state) The day that she was supposed to do a few tours for me she completely ghosted me, it’s been days and I haven’t heard a single thing from her. I’d recommend avoiding her and Coldwell Banker altogether, how unprofessional can you possibly get?
