Awful customer service. Had to change our stay due to the storm and they wouldn’t allow us to switch dates. They were late in replying to the date change so now we have to cancel and receive less than a third of what we paid. Absolutely awful all around. Highly recommend renting from another company.

ETA: You have to pay $65 to park where you've already spent thousands to rent! My family stayed at a Casago property in Ocean City, MD. I made the mistake of addressing these issues directly with the company rather than post these on Airbnb. Now I feel horrible about that because it is obvious to me now that this company cares nothing about guest experience. I wonder if someone from the company inspects the unit regularly. Absolutely miserable experience that definitely warrants a review! Horrible customer service. Dirty flip flop left in the bathroom, sand in the bed sheets, fruit loops in the pull out sofa, the blankets provided smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a month. Their cleaners obviously don’t clean. We were willing to overlook all that and make the best of our stay but the unit had no working ac since our arrival!! So where do I start... Ok so when we arrived the place was filthy and with loads of broken items. We paid $5000. Upon entering it was terribly dirty: chairs dirty, sofa full of crumbs and debris, stains on every sofa, table was sticky, there were hairs in the bed and the sinks, the shower was full of mold. Kitchen Faucet didn't work when we checked in. Called immediately twice a day for two days and was never helped until I had to waste more of my vacation time and go to the office for help. Don't rent from here if you like being taken care of.
