VACASA and their Customer Support are miserable. You should never book with them. This organization hides specialized rules beyond the booking screen, waiting till they have your money to screw you. Once we called to cancel the reservation they "promised" me that everything would be taken care of, that there were no further actions needed on my part, and that it would take a few days to get everything sorted but that I didn't need to worry. No stars. No customer service. Terribly filthy, uninhabitable. Our $4000/week condo rental has black mold in the showers. Linens were filthy. Under the beds are candy wrappers from the previous tenant. Renter beware. Property managers will not call you back, even 48+ hours later. If you have a problem that cannot be solved by changing the sheets, you're SOL. Even then, the cleaners will step on your new sheets.
