I stayed on May 29- June 1, 2026 at the Adagio 501 condo in Ocean City, Maryland. I made a phone call and sent an email outlining the challenges with the condo especially for the price that was paid. To be clear I was not looking for a 5 star place, but for the price I did expect more and I made a phone call to the office for maintenance. The maintenance guy was super pleasant. VACASA and their Customer Support are miserable. You should never book with them. This organization hides specialized rules beyond the booking screen, waiting till they have your money to screw you. Once we called to cancel the reservation they "promised" me that everything would be taken care of, that there were no further actions needed on my part, and that it would take a few days to get everything sorted but that I didn't need to worry.
