CBVacations were wonderful to deal with. Very professional However, all my dealing with Vacasa have been horrible! The surcharges can amount to about the rental fee and still have issues. We will no longer deal with any properties with vacasa And we have rented many places for ourselves and family for reunions. Good luck
OWNERS who wonder why their rentals dropped off please read the following: The sales agent was great everyone else was a BUNCH OF CLOWNS. I suppose Vacasa moved from their old location on 52nd St. to avoid bad reviews on Google and set up shop as Coldwell Banker on 64th St.. We were informed we would be notified if early check-in would be available and wasn't which, is okay after visiting both the 52nd (the box was wide open available to any criminal) and 64th St. locations. VACASA is a horrible rental agency that you cannot speak with a person after hours they do nothing to help with problems at the condo you rent. Nothing is cleaned like they say. Do not use this agency. here is Capri 13 10 that they rent and manage. Disgraceful.
