I will never use this company again. I have done at least nine transactions with Coldwell Banker throughout the years I will never ever use the Johnson City one again and the reason is because of Jason Johnston the principle broker. I cannot tell the reasons right now because there’s litigation happening but when it’s all settled I am going to explain the whole story and use everybody’s names involved so that people can beware of the people he refers in business.
I have had nine transactions selling and buying with Coldwell Banker over the years but never ever would I use Johnson City Coldwell Banker again. Jason Johnston is actually referring a building contractor out of there who is not legit at all and also employs the so-called builders daughter as a realtor. It appears he’s actually friends with the family and I do not believe for a second he does not know this builder is not legit. This builder is a scammer ConMan. Beware.
