Laurie was very approachable and pleasant. She listened to us. She kept up great communication and we always knew where we stood in the process. She always answered our questions. She was knowledgeable. She suggested homes that were in our price range and location choices. She was supportive and not overbearing. She was sincerely interested in our needs as a couple and worked to find us our dream home with the best deal.
We purchased a home Jennifer Burr had listed. Her seller left the home in disarray with furniture, food, and trash in addition to just general filth. Both us and our agent reached out to Jennifer multiple times after closing and after our utilities check was cashed to discuss the more than $1,500 in additional fees it took for us to get the house emptied, cleaned, and for some runs to the dump to dispose of his things.
