Highly recommend going to Pauly Basek-Frost for real estate questions. He goes above and beyond and knows the area well! He’s super flexible with responding to my ideas and suggesting other options but still gives me the full package of everything I am interested in. A real gem of a human 💎
Erikas Chmid is unresponsive and unhelpful. I contacted her a bunch of times about a property she is selling with one reply even after follow up. She didn't answer my questions and didn't even remotely seem engaged about selling the property. Definitely don't recommend her and feel sorry for the seller!
My partner and I have just purchased our new home and we couldn't be happier! We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and she made the entire process from start to finish easy and enjoyable! We can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much Lisa!
I have not heard from my listing agent in 3 weeks. No communication by phone, email or text. Very dissapointed.
