I have nothing but very positive things to say about my home-selling experience with Maureen Weithenauer and Coldwell Banker Riviera Realty. Forked River was going through an "up-and-down" home-selling market. Maureen met with us, told us what needed to be done prior to "listing day", and suggested a fair market selling price.
