very bad experience to buy property with them. The agent always forget everything. Even not make the room ready on closing date. We have to delay to the next day closing. Even worse, they sent an assistant know nothing about her job. They even ask the Client to pick up the garages opener from their office the next day which should be placed in the property. When I picked up the key, the assistant even showed me an angry face and no any sorry for the neglect of their work. Such an unprofessional behaviour.
