I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had with this branch of Coldwell Banker. Our agent was Jennifer Putnam. I ran into her at an open house that she was hosting and she was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable that I released the agent I was working with and went with Jennifer. We had just moved to Sarasota from Cincinnati and was looking for a house. Agent Darlene curiazza is not trust worthy . We decided not to sell. She told us that would be okay. So we were released from our deal with her We had her put our house up for listing. A few days later the agent from coldwell banker called and threatened to sue us for breach of contract. Do not take this agent word she told us that we would be ok to drop out of the deal with her We were at some friends house about 3 days later after the agent advise us we will be OK.
