I will never work with this office again or recommend them to anyone. my family and I were misled by Tracy Bello, an agent working in this office. We were told by Mrs Bello that we were the only offer the sellers are looking at and that she just needed time to get signatures from both owners. We patiently waited for 5 days, only to be told the house is being sold to someone else and are in escrow. We were never made aware of any competing offers or given the chance to counter offer.
