I worked with Paul Smulkys to find an apartment and while I didn't end up going with an apartment I found through him, I cannot recommend his service enough! I was looking for a place while out of state and kept hitting a wall when it came to trying to set up appointments for viewing (a lot of landlords weren't interested in showing their property to someone who wasn't present to view apartments in-person). I contacted this agency regarding apartments I saw on their website. While the agent was helpful, I found out that the apartments that I was interested in had the wrong price listed. Wrong by $200-$300 or more. Coldwell Banker is a reputable agency, which is why I contacted them in my rental search. However, their website is VERY misleading and you may be VERY surprised once you follow up on your desired property. Avoid disappointments by using another service.

We needed an apartment in Chicago within a few days (long story!) and after some less-than-successful online searching, reached out to Paulius Smulkys, based entirely on his clients' reviews. Paul responded immediately, listened carefully to our needs, ran down a few leads, suggested others and was extremely helpful. Was very knowledgable about the area too. He took our search as seriously as we did, which we greatly appreciated. 5 stars!

Chicago real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but Paul (Paulius) Smulkys helped us find our new home. Unlike most agents, Paul listened to our deal breakers and only suggested units that met our criteria. If something was a little outside of our price range, he would let us know.
