I had a good agent that unfortunately works out of this office. This office charges an admin fee of $225 when your paperwork gets processed, SURPRISE! I guess over $9k in commission just wasn't enough to file a few forms. Oh, and they had the nerve to call the fee a commission. If it was a commission, it would be included as such, but it clearly states FEE on the closing docs. It's just a cheap add on, kinda like a car dealer or airline does, how cheap.
