This review is long over due. We worked with Char in September/October of 2019 and our experience with her was nothing short of spectacular. Buyers and Sellers Beware!! Coldwell Bankers in Lansing Michigan are unprofessional and dishonest to buyers. We experienced first hand from Jason Williams dishonesty on his listing. Poor communication and poor work ethic to fellow associates and buyers. The property already had a offer and counter over except and did not tell us or an associate agent Karen Younts before she showed us the home. We were going to write a full offer price too. Poor communication from day one! My dad used Jason VanSickle and had a six month contract to sell. The house was shown a handful of times. We're guessing because it wasn't a high commission it wasn't pushed hard or marketed well. There was no follow up calls within the time and Jason rarely picked up his phone or called back. My dad had to call the main office numerous times. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional
The girls who helped us looking at houses were very nice. Out of all the other realtors we have been to, I would definitely recommend these girls to anyone looking for a house. They are very knowledgeable and didn't try to push us away like the other realtors have.
This company will list a house but when u place a offer meeting just that listed price they haggle and lie to get u to raise the offer if u don't they stop all communications with u and sit on the house it doesn't matter if they sell it out not
