I had a very poor experience working with Lynne Goodwin. She made the basics of the transaction exceedingly difficult. I was the buyer and she represented the seller. Acknowledging I was not her client - she complained, pushed back, or ignored every basic request. I can appreciate her representing her client's best interests but being rude, disrespectful, and flat out refusing to communicate is an unprofessional choice that was not necessary nor valuable. Miss Lynn Goodwin was very unprofessional and rude and doesn't hold herself accountable for the way her business is ran, lack of communication and she profiled me and my husband I believe, If I could give zero stars I would! she cut me off as I was speaking to her then she assumed what I could and could not afford that was very condescending to me and I let her know I'm a person and you can't give someone bad news and expect them to not react to it, she acted as if I was something on her to do list that she was annoyed with ... read more
