We contacted an agent named Yvonne Patton about her listing for sale. She refused to speak over the phone with us, only via text. We don't have an agent, so when I asked her if she could be our agent, she demanded that we send her a pre-approval letter or proof of funds. I was fine with this, but asked her if she had a moment to speak over the phone before we sent that sensitive information. She said "no sir". I'm still very interested in the listing but am weary of doing business with this company!
If you want a quality agent to buy or sell with these are the people! After Sarah Sally showed us over a dozen houses we finally found the one and she held our first-time-buyers hands the whole way. Then Rick sold our condo the same day we listed! They don't forget about you afterwards either they just delivered carving pumpkins because we couldn't make it out on Sunday.
