I was hired by the branch manager here Cynthia Anderson to do work on her personal house she is selling. I completed all the work in our signed contract and then she wanted additional work performed for free because her words " she assumed i would do it for free". She then constantly gave me a back and forth with her husband and neither would talk to me together they just kept saying talk to the other one. While Coldwell Banker Realty did nothing wrong, they currently partner with Sunbelt Title Agency who share the building with them. Sunbelt Title Agency is not a reputable company and I would suggest staying away from this title company if you use Coldwell Banker Realty.
