I have nothing good to say about them!! As a landlord who turned my property over to them when I moved to the mainland, I know how it should be handled. They talked a good talk but never walked it! I had to rewrite the ad and stay on top of them thru the entire process. When I came to check on my property I was horrified at the condition it was in after they told me they had maintained it and had it professionally cleaned after each tenant.
