Problems with lockbox not be closed nor help getting closed. Were told that since we did allow showings more frequently that our listing contract was being cancelled. It was brought to our attention that the lockbox issue was our problem by not allowing it to be on the door. Not being able to close the lockbox would allow any individual to have access to the property.
