Janet Brophy was great to work with. When I started this home search in the spring of 2020, there wasn't much Tampa inventory. We went up to the next county and found a great 55+ community. I just moved into my new dream home and I am SO happy! She helped me i so many ways and I am forever grateful!
Gave my parameters for a home and told me that something like that didn’t exist. It just plain wasn’t true as I was looking at several already on the market. She seems lazy and snobby. My short interaction with her left me feeling unimportant and stupid. (Even though I’m far from, but real estate agents—like bankers—get too big for their britches some times) Be wary.
Janet did a great job helping us buy our first house, she's very knowledgeable and was very patient explaining the details of the process. She clearly cares about her clients and we would definitely buy with Janet again!

I have known and done business with Janet for several years. She has sold and is currently selling off some of my rental properties. I find her to be knowledgeable ,professional and down to earth.
