Frank Paganis helped us sell our townhouse when it was time to downsize. Frank managed the entire process, not just listing the place and lining up photos, but he hired contractors to paint the entire house, refinish the floors to make them more modern looking and some other work to make the unit more presentable. He helped us clear out the 20 years of "stuff" that was left behind after downsizing by hiring a crew to come and clear out the "junk" no one wanted to deal with.
