Despicably unethical office. If I could give negative five stars, I would. I entered into a contract to buy a home there- but during the inspection discovered things I did not like about the house. As is my right - I canceled the offer- but the office KEPT my deposit. The agent, Susan Kinney, said the seller would refund half my deposit money. During a recent open house, Carlye Baenen became aggressive and rude as we walked through the house. She convinced us the house was over priced by exclaiming “this is a very expensive house and everything is very expensive”. They stalked us and yelled at our children any time they looked at something. When our sons touched some horses on the floor of the child’s bedroom, she started yelling at our children.
